Service to the Community


Our Commitment

Even before OCA's establishment, members have conducted complimentary workshops, seminars, cultural fairs, festival events, and conferences to share and exchange cultural events, methods, and values. We have worked diligently in past three years and present the world-renowned Shen Yun shows in Metro Detroit. We also work with several city parks and recreation departments in the area providing complimentary workshops on traditional Chinese healing and stress relief to the general public.

Serve Our Community

Our members also volunteers in various Metro Detroit community school enrichment programs as well as local elementary school culture diversity events. Our activities have been reported in local media including TV Channel 7 “Healthy Living” program (ABC), Detroit News, Detroit Complimentary Press, Sterling Heights Sentry, and radio station WPON-AM (1460).
